Welcome to Clarity by Solís! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for both you (the client) and me (the service provider). By booking a service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services Offered
Clarity by Solís provides virtual assistant services including, but not limited to:

Email organization and management

Calendar scheduling
-
Data entry and spreadsheet support

Document formatting
-
Internet and travel research
-
Booking coordination
All services are remote, task-based, and non-physical. General labor or duties outside the outlined services will not be accepted.
2. Booking & Payment

Services are available by prepaid booking or by invoice after completion, depending on the client’s preference.

If invoiced after service, payment is due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may result in a pause in services or additional fees.

Booking a service block (2, 5, or 10 hours) does not guarantee same-day delivery. Turnaround depends on task complexity and current workload.

Rush requests may be subject to additional fees.

All payments are processed securely through the Wix platform. Alternate payment methods (such as Zelle) may be offered upon request.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service, you agree to:

Provide clear instructions and all necessary files in a timely manner

Respond to follow-up questions or clarifications that may arise during service

Use the intake form and confirmation email to share all pertinent deadlines and expectations
Failure to provide information may delay or limit the scope of services.
4. Turnaround Time & Delivery

Standard turnaround will be discussed after booking.

If a deadline is selected, we will aim to meet it, but it is not guaranteed unless pre-approved.

Tasks that require clarification will pause the clock until the necessary info is received.
5. Confidentiality
All shared files, communications, and account access are treated with strict confidentiality.

Any access provided to client systems (email/calendar/files) is used solely for task completion.

No information will be sold, shared, or stored beyond the purpose of fulfilling the service.
6. Scope & Boundaries
Clarity by Solís does not provide:

Legal, financial, or medical advice
-
Social media management, design, or marketing services
-
Physical errands or manual labor
If a task falls outside the offered services, it may be declined or referred out.
7. Revisions & Corrections
You are entitled to one round of revisions per completed task, within 3 business days of delivery. Major changes or additions outside the original scope may incur additional fees.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations before any work begins may receive a full refund, minus processing fees.

Once work has begun, payments are final.

No-shows or failure to provide necessary materials may result in forfeited time.
9. Limitation of Liability

Clarity by Solís is not liable for:

Client business losses or missed deadlines due to lack of communication

Errors resulting from unclear instructions
-
Issues arising from third-party software or platforms
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via the website.
